PRIVACY POLICY With many clients in the military, law enforcement and Government sector, your privacy is important to us at the Military Watch Resource. As a client you can be assured of 100% privacy.
PURCHASE POLICY Payment for goods or services shall be due at the time of purchase or service unless prior arrangements have been made. The Military Watch Resource accepts the following payment types in US dollars:
California residents must pay 9.75% State sales tax. WARRANTY POLICY Items purchased from the Military Watch Resource are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers defects, but not breakage through neglect, abuse or normal wear. Batteries and routine service are not covered under the warranty. We reserve the right to inspect all merchandise returned under warranty claims to determine coverage. You must contact us prior to returning merchandise in order to determine the appropriate return venue. RETURN POLICY Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise. Failure to do so could result in the item(s) returned to you. We only accept returns on merchandise returned in new, unworn, unsized, and undamaged condition. All packaging, instruction sheets, and manuals must also be returned with the merchandise. We will inspect all items upon receipt to determine condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use or wear. Please enclose a note indicating your request. If you are requesting a refund, you will be refunded upon inspection of the returned merchandise; the full cost minus our shipping expenses. If you are requesting an exchange, you will be responsible for any difference in price and additional shipping costs.
